Bantaro Chiyomatsu (千代松 万太郎, Chiyomatsu Bantarō) is a third year student at Saisei High School and one of the Stride Club's runners.
He is voiced by Takuya Eguchi (Japanese) and Josh Grelle (English).
Appearance[]
Bantaro is a slender young man with short ruffled blonde hair and green eyes.
He wears a red jersey (with the left arm covered in black, Saisei's emblem on the left and "Valentine Records" written in the middle). He wears it with dark green shorts that end to his knees with a green cloth tied around his waist and green running shoes.
His school uniform consists of the dark green school blazer over a white dress shirt that are both rolled up and red tie around his neck. He wears it with the dark red uniform pants and black dress shoes.
When preforming he wears a sleeveless grey jacket with Galaxy Standard's emblem, a black undershirt underneath and grey pants. He also wears one sparkly fingerless glove, a necklace and bracelets.
Personality[]
Despite his babyface looks, Bantaro is a third-year student who doesn't like people speaking to him in honorifics. Due to his cheerfulness and ability to lighten up any occasion, he is known as Saisei's 'mood-maker'. He is friendly towards everyone, regardless of age or gender or standing. He has the same sense of humour as Hozumi and Ayumu, and when the three of them meet they tend to make a lot of noise. He has the habit of adding 'nya' to the end of his sentences, as well as mixing in some English words.
In the visual novel, he is Hozumi Kohinata's and Ayumu's foil.
Backstory[]
Skills[]
Bantaro is extremely good at tricks and obstacles. However, his main flaw is his stamina, as he often slows down near the end of his stretch.
In the game, he specializes in gimmicks.
Relationships[]
